The Fire Beneath the Systems
We talk a lot about systems in this business. Follow-up plans. CRM hacks. Templates. Important stuff, absolutely. But every once in a while, you meet someone who’s cutting through all of that — not because they have better tools, but because they’ve tapped into something else.
That force — that current — the energy that gets people moving when they don’t fully know what they’re doing yet… that’s what I’ve been thinking about.
Three things brought it into focus lately:
⚡ Napoleon Hill called it “Sex Transmutation”
In Think and Grow Rich, Hill describes the redirection of sexual energy — not in a physical sense, but as the raw, primal power of human desire — into work, into vision, into creation.
He says the most successful people in history didn’t dampen this energy. They aimed it.
Toward a mission
Toward a business
Toward something bigger than themselves
When you stop wasting that current and start pointing it, you show up differently. More magnetism. More courage. Less hesitation.
🌊 Eckhart Tolle calls it Enthusiasm
Not adrenaline. Not hype. Enthusiasm, as Tolle defines it, is quiet and electric. It’s when your actions align with something real. Something meaningful.
You don’t have to push yourself.
You’re pulled.
There’s still effort — but it’s clean. You’re not resisting yourself. The energy flows because the doing feels right.
That’s when work becomes art.
That’s when showing up becomes devotion.
🔥 And then there’s the young agent getting fired up
He’s not quoting Hill or Tolle. He’s in a different lane — getting himself hyped, psyching himself up before making calls.
There’s some bravado in it. Some edge.
He’s saying things that build a narrative of confidence and momentum.
Talking like something big has already broken open.
And here’s the thing: he’s backing it up.
He’s making the calls. He’s booking the appointments. He’s doing the unglamorous work over and over again — because he found a way to keep the energy flowing.
Sometimes the door to the current doesn’t look spiritual or strategic.
Sometimes it looks like raw fuel — imperfect, but effective.
And that’s worth paying attention to.
So here’s what I’m wondering this week:
Where does your fire come from?
Not your “why.” Not your five-year plan.
But the real spark that gets you to show up when the motivation is gone.
Maybe it’s quiet alignment.
Maybe it’s primal fuel.
Maybe it’s psyching yourself up before a call block.
Maybe it’s just doing the work long enough to build your own evidence.
Whatever it is, that’s what makes the system work.
Without that, the tools are just noise.
Find that current.
Feed it.
Then aim it somewhere that matters.

Something Shifted This Week
If you were online at all this past week, you probably saw it.

ChatGPT’s new image generation feature launched, and the response was immediate. Social feeds filled with restyled interiors, cartoon portraits, surreal brand concepts, and creative remixes of everyday images. Not because this kind of thing was new — but because it was finally accessible. The barrier dropped.
đź–Ľ How to Try It
Open ChatGPT (GPT-4o)
Type your prompt — describe the image you want
Example: “A cozy front porch with string lights and potted plants, in warm painterly style.”Click “Create Image”

Visual Branding and Ads
Create a portrait of yourself or a product in a unique visual style for your online presence — landing pages, content intros, or digital business cards.
Ghibli-Style Example Prompt:
“Cartoon portrait of a real estate agent working at their desk, surrounded by books and plants, Studio Ghibli animation style.”
Creative Remixing
Turn a photo into a comic book panel, apply a Lego filter, or recreate Da Vinci’s Last Supper with modern characters — yes, people are doing that too.
Infographics and Diagrams
